Who actually builds and delivers these services?
All services are built and delivered by Leverage & Grow, a done-for-you digital systems company. Small Biz Book Club is a sister company...we teach the strategies inside the club, and Leverage & Grow builds them for you. When you purchase a service, you're working directly with the Leverage & Grow team.
Do I need to already be a Small Biz Book Club member to buy a service?
No...our services are open to any small business owner ready to get their systems built. That said, Book Club members get first access to new services, exclusive pricing, and priority scheduling. If you're not a member yet, joining is always a great next step.
How long does it take to get my service delivered?
Most one-time buildouts are completed within 5–10 business days from the time we receive your onboarding information. Complex buildouts like the All-In-One System may take 2–3 weeks. You'll receive a clear timeline during your onboarding call so you always know what to expect and when.
What do I need to have ready before we get started?
For most services, you'll need access to your L&G account (or we'll help you set one up), your business details, branding assets if available, and any existing contact lists you'd like imported. We send you a simple onboarding checklist after purchase so nothing gets missed
What if I need changes after my service is delivered?
Every buildout includes one round of revisions within 7 days of delivery. After that, ongoing updates and tweaks are covered under our Monthly Maintenance Plans....the Essentials, Growth, or Done For You plan depending on how much support you need.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
One-time services have no contracts — you pay once, it gets built. Monthly Maintenance Plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No traps, no fine print.
What platform do you build everything on?
All services are built inside Leverage & Grow (L&G) — an all-in-one CRM, automation, and marketing platform built specifically for small businesses. If you don't have a L&G account, we'll help you get set up.
Can I buy individual services or do I have to buy a bundle?
Both options are available. You can purchase any individual service on its own, or choose a bundle to save $150–$300 and get everything set up as one connected system. Bundles are the most popular option because the services work better together.
