We will not access your account for any purpose outside the scope of your purchased service without your explicit permission.

POWER PARTNER PROGRAM

If you apply to or participate in the Power Partner Program, we collect additional information including your business revenue, market positioning, and growth objectives. This information is used solely to evaluate partnership fit, structure your Phase 1 growth engine, and facilitate the Phase 2 SaaS revenue arrangement.

Power Partner participants acknowledge that Phase 2 involves a co-owned SaaS revenue arrangement in which Leverage & Grow maintains access to shared infrastructure and subscription data necessary to fulfill and support the resellable system.

EMAIL AND COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing a service or subscribing to software through smallbizbook.club, you consent to receive service-related communications from Leverage & Grow. These may include:

Onboarding instructions and project updates

Delivery confirmations and completion notices

Billing receipts and subscription reminders

Support communications

Occasional updates about new services or features relevant to your account

All service delivery, billing inquiries, refund requests, and support matters are handled by the Leverage & Grow team.
